How early do you setup the booth?

We typically arrive 1 hour before your event starts to set up and test the equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you provide props and backdrops?

Yes, basic props and a choice of black or white backdrop are included. Custom backdrops and themed props are available as add-ons.

How do guests receive their photos?

Guests can receive digital copies instantly via email or text message, and you will receive a full gallery of all event photos after the event.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?
